Nancy Craemer, a long time member of the Cape Cod Potters, a special friend to many, who always looked for the best in people and situations, died peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
Nancy earned a BA in Art from the University of Cincinnati, and a MFA in print making from the University of Mass Amherst.

She was instrumental in founding and managing the Coastal Craft Gallery Cooperative in Orleans. Her pottery work, which she had decided to pursue while in college was shown all over the United States.

A strong desire to continue to explore art in its many forms propelled Nancy to take many workshops at Penland School of Crafts, Snow Farm-New England Craft and with the Cape Cod Potters.

Nancy had a long history of involvement with the inner workings of Cape Cod Potters and was co chairwoman of Soup Bowls for Hunger.
